I’m Steve Leacock
I’m a design mercenary with a one-man studio in beautiful Tallahassee, Florida. My career began in 2002 in the production department of a small newspaper before I went to work for a garment printer, a boutique agency, a payments startup, and then headed out on my own as a freelancer. I’ve built a steady practice doing all kinds of work, including branding, illustration, publication design, and more. I have a diverse group of great clients and I love making awesome things with them.

I’m also a musician. I play guitar with my amazingly talented friends in a cover band called Clever Girl, and I’m learning to compose for film and television. You can listen to my music on Soundcloud.
Sometimes I build costumes and go to pop culture conventions. Once my costume accoutrements even went viral.
