Walt Dartland for Congress

I’ve done my share of political work, and it very often leaves me feeling a little bit dirty. Scurrilous attack ads, smiling politicians posing with their families, empty slogans; political messaging rarely feels sincere or real. More often, it feels cynical.

Working for Walt Dartland proved to me that it’s not always that way.

Walt was a genuine, kind, thoughtful, accomplished man who ran for my house district. He was a marine, a florida attorney general, and a tireless advocate for the little guy. I’m really proud of the design work I got to do for his campaign (especially that little dart mark with the implied fins in the letter T), and it was a pleasure collaborating with him and his team.
